The Shores is the perfect place for fun with friends and family or a romantic getaway enjoying amazing sunsets from your condo or a lounger on the beach. On Grand Traverse Bay - a sandy beach is just steps away. One of the most beautiful and well-set-up locations on the bay. Part of the Grand Traverse Resort property. Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there. There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. We can only lease this property until May 24th. All utilities included Fully furnished! No smoking, 3-6 month lease.
