The Cottages Apartment Homes Community are located inside of a 55+ neighborhood; it is NOT AFFILIATED with any activity associated with the senior living community/cottage retirement homes. It is quiet, peaceful, short-term/long-term stays are available. These cottage apartment homes are nestled on 46 acres of towering maple trees, surrounded by nature and scenic views of western Massachusetts. It's perfect for individuals looking to move to a developing countryside area that is minutes away from major cities. Our cottage homes range anywhere from 888 sq/ft to 1,450 sq/ft, with 1 and 2-bedroom options. All come with a garage and basement. They have similar floor plans to condos (condominiums), townhomes, villas, and cottages that are an apartment-style community. A 6-month lease is available (short-term stay) or a 12-month lease. We do not require any upfront investment entrance fees or buy-in. Deposit is required. This is a spacious 2-bedroom and 2-bath apartment home.
