Building faces City Park which is just across the street in 1 minute walking distance and apartment has all new floors, paint and baseboard heaters. There is only one other apartment in the building and they have their own separate access for privacy. Property has a driveway that leads from Virginia Ave to Summit Ave. Lease is for 12-24 months. Security deposit is $1050. Pets are allowed with a pet rent of $50/pet. No smoking allowed inside apartment. Tenant pays electric bill. Tenant splits the water/sewer/trash bill with downstairs apartment. There is a stove and fridge/freezer in unit, there is no washer/dryer. Landlord maintains yard. Application fee is $35 / applicant. We must run our own credit check, we cannot accept tenant-supplied credit report. Approval requirements are a 600+ credit score, monthly income of $3150+ and is dependent on a criminal/sexual offender/eviction background check. Security deposit is required to sign a lease, 1st full month's rent is due by move-in. If there is a pro-ration of 1st month's rent, the pro-rated amount is due the following month instead of full month's rent.
