All furniture included, all you need to bring are your personal items. There is some lease term flexibility for the right tenant. This is a short term 4+ month rental starting from November, 2023 to March, 2024 with some flexibility. If you're interested please provide some basic info about yourself including why you're interested in a short term monthly rental in fells point. If this ad is posted, the apartment is available. I will remove the ad once it's rented. I will not be responding to messages asking "Is this still available?" One gated parking spot directly behind building, plus one guest street permit for a total of two parking spaces. Location is at Bond St. & Thames St. in the heart of historic fells point and walking distance to many shops, taverns, gyms, and entertainment. Whole foods and Harbor East is a 5 minute walk. Rent is $1500/mo + Electricity and Internet. Water is included. Electricity will vary from $80-$110/mo based on usage. Internet is about $55/mo. One month ($1500) refundable security deposit. No pets. Other notes: There is a second bedroom and bath in the apartment that has been locked off to secure the current occupants personal items while she is on travel. While unlikely, the current occupants may need to occupy the 2nd bedroom for a few days from time to time. Current occupants are a 40 year old professional, college educated, couple.
