What is included in the rent: All prices include heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, wifi, cable, electricity, trash removal and parking for one vehicle. All units have brand new heat pumps. About Our Complex: We love our beachfront property! This gorgeous, immaculate property has 25 units that have all been rented as year-round rentals. Units can be furnished, but don't have to be, and can also be partially furnished. You decide! The beach is literally steps from your door. This property is right on the beach! Special Features of our complex for you: Private entry to beach with shower and show rack Use of spacious patio, table chairs, gas grill and sink. Laundry room including three machine machines and three dryers (Soon to be brand new coin operated machines) Locked Inside mailroom for mail and packages. What we require for application approval: Serious inquiries only please! We do not do co-signers- you must be approved on your own merit. Good credit (650's or higher), clean backgrounds, good references, proof of income, 6 month lease, first and security are all a must. There is a $35 application fee per adult applicant.
