This also makes the unit super efficient to heat. There is off street parking for two vehicles. It is a minute away from the Maine Turnpike and just minutes to the beach. The rent is $1700. Tenant pays for heat (propane monitor- very affordable) and electricity. This is a non-smoking unit! Absolutely no smoking, marijuana or vaping allowed at the property.
