Come enjoy winter in a comfy and warm little hideaway in a great neighborhood! This short-term furnished rental includes ALL utilities in the price, as well as high_speed Internet and Netflix. When you aren't lounging with popcorn and hot chocolate on the couch, it's a short walk to the center of the city for restaurants and cafes, or it's a quick stroll to the waterfront for a run (or snowy walk!) along the gorgeous Eastern Promenade trail. Ground level with separate entrance from the rest of the house. Shared coin op laundry is available in the building. Available December through April. Winter rental! Now until March 31 or April 15! Everything included, though we do ask for a cleaning fee for when you move out. Street parking only, but it's ample and free, though you'll have to find parking during snow emergencies. No smoking in the apartment, please.
