This unique 1930's era building is Y-shaped with rounded corners. There are nine units in total, all comprised of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. One universal reaction from all who are first time visitors is amazement over how generous is the size of these units. The rent at $950 per month is very reasonable, since heat and water are included. Coin operated laundry equipment is provided on site. Monthly rent of $950 includes heat and water leaving only electric to be paid by the tenant. Total move-in costs are the first month's rent plus a security deposit of one and one-half month's rent as a security deposit.
