It is just two blocks from Dupont Circle metro, on the extremely well connected red-line, and around the corner from Rock Creek Park for beautiful hikes and runs. It is around the corner from some of DC's best restaurants and bars. The current tenants are leaving, so I am looking for someone to takeover on first week of December (~December 5th).
