The unit will come with a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave for all of your delicious meal prepping needs. When you're looking to relax outdoors and enjoy the breeze, you can just take a seat on the covered porch. New leases starting in October through February will be longer than a year since we don't want leases expiring in winter. You'll have the option of taking the lease through March, April, or May.
