The space This is a private unit that is detached to the main house in beautiful bayside CA. It is has been recently renovated and upgraded with all new appliances, queen-size bed, and large, open floor plan living/kitchen/and dining area perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventuring. Guest access This unit is detached from the main house, but shares a wall with the laundry facility that the main house uses. There is no guest access to the laundry facility/ there is a smart lock on the laundry room door in your unit. You will have access to the entire unit during your stay, and the small patio area just outside of the front entrance. There is a private driveway area for parking and an electronic keypad for entering the unit. Owner pays for water, sewer, and garbage and wifi. There will be a $200 cap per month, as stated in the lease, for utilities. We will consider a small pet, and there is no laundry access. There is a laundromat less than a quarter mile away. We are looking for sub-leases from 3-6 months, preferably between October and May.
