The Casitas #101 Comfortable downstairs apartment My favorite thing about this unit is the bar connected to the kitchen. It's a great spot to sit and work or chat with someone while making dinner. I also love the walk-in shower with custom tile work and a tankless water heater. This entire building was renovated in 2018, so all of the appliances are new and full size. You can make a quick meal in the kitchen while looking out into a private backyard space, or relax on the pillow top mattress in the bedroom. The bathroom has plenty of counter space to get ready (including that ever-so-important outlet to the right of the sink to plug in accessories). The hi-speed wi-fi (100+ mbps download speed) ensures you'll stay connected to work, and the Amazon fire in the living room allows you to access our Netflix & Hulu (no commercials + local tv) to unwind. The stacked washer & dryer in the bedroom closet mean that you can run a load or two while you're staying with us. This apartment is on a quiet residential street, but it is just behind Apalachee Parkway, one of Tallahassee's major arteries. When you stay here, you'll be 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants (Vertigo Burger, La Fiesta, and Canopy Road Cafe are some great local options). Target, Chic-Fil-A, and Moe's are all nearby as well. If you head west on Apalachee Parkway, you'll hit the State Capital in less than 10 minutes (2.5 miles), or you can head just a mile farther to Doak Campbell Stadium.
