There is a stackable laundry unit in the pantry off the kitchen. There is also a sweet little park just behind our building where 18th Street dead ends. Your patio is in a fully fenced backyard that is private for the building but others staying here may be in the backyard to access their cars or when coming and going. I live upstairs and need to come down into the backyard to get in and out of my apartment. Other than that, the yard is quiet and private. Activities & Entertainment You are an easy 2 block walk to Pearl Street where you have a plethora of hip cafes, incredible dining, chic boutiques, high-end retail as well as bohemian gift shops and cool consignment stores.
