I'm a recent graduate from CU Boulder and as such I'm looking to move. I have been living in this apartment for a year and a half. It is a great unit for someone looking to live by themselves. It is very spacious with a massive walk-in closet and smaller closet in the bedroom. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has all that one needs. The bathroom is just perfect in size and comfort. The apartment complex is right across from a shopping center that includes a safeway, walgreens, liquor store, gym, auto parts store, and some restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the east campus, perfect for Aerospace students such as myself. I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease, move in date is as soon as possible. You will take over the lease completely and I will be moving all my stuff out. Renter pays for utilities. The sublease is until the end of the lease on July 31, 2023.
