This house is modern & comfortable with spectacular 180 degree views! The house is fully furnished and was recently renovated. It has two bedrooms, two baths and a loft. The dining room and master bedroom both have views of Lake Tahoe. There is a full kitchen, wood burning stove, and flat screen television. No washer/dryer in unit however Mountain Fresh Laundry does service the area. *Home is at the top of several flights of stairs please read the description** STAIRS: Stairway to Heaven... great Led Zeppelin song and great description of the stairs. The incredible views come by living at the top of a hill so there are a lot of stairs (150 to be exact!). Some feel the view is worth the exercise, but it might not be the best spot if you have trouble getting around or have small children. The stairs are also all outdoors and shared with other homes. In the winter, the stairs are not cleared of snow by the HOA responsibility to clear snow is on the renters.
