Limited use of hot tub and garage available. This seasonal lease is for 6 months, from November 15th to May 15th. There are no pets allowed. No smoking allowed. It is $2,250 a month, including gas, electricity, and water. Possible rent reduction in exchange for shoveling available. Work Trade: Approx. 4 hrs. /week to help with shoveling walks, decks, steps, and path to hot tub. Possible additional hours to handle turn-over cleaning of 3Br/2Ba cabin upstairs.Pay rate is $22/hr.
