Seasonal HOA amenities include private beach and pier, swimming pool and hot tub (opening Memorial Day weekend and typically closing after the last weekend in September), sand volleyball court, horseshoes, and tennis courts, making this an ideal vacation rental. Close proximity to ski areas and just 1.5 miles to downtown Tahoe City, easily accessed along a paved bike path. An excellent family-friendly location or getaway for you and your friends! This gorgeous lake view townhome has been fully remodeled with a unique and spacious layout perfect for a small group of up to 6 guests. The welcoming downstairs entry level has two wonderfully furnished bedrooms; a master suite with a luxurious California King bed and full on suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a plush Queen bed. A 3/4 guest bathroom (shower but no tub) and laundry closet are on entry level as well. Upstairs, the open-concept space boasts lovely views with plenty of light. It includes a large and beautifully appointed kitchen, a big comfy sectional sofa next to a gas fireplace, a massive smart TV with high quality sound system, and a cozy dining table to gather for meals. This level includes a half bathroom as well. Off of the living room is a nice deck with gas grill and outdoor dining table overlooking the Lake Forest Boat Launch. On the other side of this level, there is a small balcony with a sitting area that faces the community swimming pool, perfect for watching over the kids or reading a book. In the hall next to the kitchen, a narrow ladder-like staircase leads to a small loft with a Double bed. YOU ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CHILDREN UNDER SUPERVISION IF USING THE LOFT AREA - USE WITH CAUTION! For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus first and last two month's rent is due before Move-In. Please note, this is equal to FOUR MONTHS' RENT DUE BEFORE MOVE IN. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. For shorter ski leases, utilities will be negotiated. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
