The rent is $3200/month for an 11 or 12 month lease. The owner pays all utilities, including internet, electricity, water and heating bills. First, last and security deposit are due at the start of the lease (total of $9,600). The lease includes off street parking for two cars. In addition to the in unit washer/dryer, the building has a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. The unit can comfortably accommodate four residents. Seasonal rentals available only at a higher monthly rate (contact the owner for more information). No smoking of any kind or pets are allowed in the unit. Subleases are not permitted.
