All of the walls in the property will have a fresh coat of paint before move-in. - Tenants are responsible for paying for water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. - Pets are allowed with prior approval from the owner, an additional deposit, and monthly rent. Animal pre-approval requests can be submitted to our office via email. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. - The first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are due before move-in. - Application fee is $45.00 and must be filled out by all parties 18 years and older that plan to live a the property. Application consists of a background check, credit check, rental history verification, and employment verification.
