unit - 2bd/2ba - top floor of complex - 11-ft tall ceilings - modern appliances, incl. dedicated in-unit washer/dryer - built-in heating - dedicated balcony - very quiet, have never heard neighbors through wall - den is perfect for storage, music, desk, etc. - TWO walk-in closets neighborhood & apartment complex - "The Landing" - safe, sunny neighborhood at the intersection of potrero hill & dogpatch - awesome gym with free weights, Pelotons, treadmills - bike storage & parking spaces available; also free, safe street parking on Texas St. - package service (delivered to your room) - multiple locked doors and security guards - *very* close to Caltrain (0.1 miles!) - walkable to 18th St restaurants - communal spaces are very nice and modern, rarely used by other residents - pet friendly - great walking/running/biking access (close to UCSF, waterfront/embarcadero running & biking) Have to sign up through "The Landing," the apartment complex we're a part of. They have their own process, but it's relatively painless.
