Smoking or Vaping is not allowed inside or outside of our property. 8) No Pets are allowed inside or outside of our property. 9) ALL occupants age 18 or older must be able to pass a satisfactory background check. 10) ALL occupants age 18 or older must be able to provide a copy of a valid government picture ID (driver's license or similar ID).
