Centrally located in Crystal Beach, just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, beach gear, games, and everything else you need for life by the beach! House Rules: - No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed in the unit, on the balcony, on the breezeway, or anywhere else on the property. - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool/Spa hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - No pets allowed, to include emotional support animals. - Primary tenant must be at least 25 years old. - Maximum number of guests may not exceed six (6). - Maximum number of vehicles is two (2). Parking passes are required and will be provided. A golf cart counts as a vehicle, and must also have a pass displayed. Golf cart charging is not available on the property. - Absolutely no parties.
