If Renter wants to have more than 4 persons on the lease, the cost will be an extra $25 per month per person to cover the landlords' extra expense. If renter wants pets, extra security deposit of $500 per pet will be required. Only non-aggressive, quiet pets will be considered. Pet references from prior landlord will be required.
