Close to the beach, major shopping, food, restaurants and gas stations, boat ramp and park nearby. Large backyard for cookouts on pavers. Sawgrass and I-95 highways easily accessed. Right in the center of Deerfield Beach, 1-1/2 blocks to US-1 Federal Hwy which is our "Main Street" through town. Clean and safe, 2 car parking, ideal for a professional couple, no pets. AC thermostat will not allow cooling below 74 degrees to protect equipment. The only downside is that the 2 blocks this duplex is on has two immediate blocks of duplexes and rentals, sometimes you'll hear a party in somebody's backyard on a Saturday night, otherwise we are surrounded by quiet single family homes. The street we are on needs a speed bump, I have asked the city for one, teenagers and persons rushing to work sometimes drive too fast down this street, I hope we get the speed bump. But it has not really bothered me much personally. The thermostat limits cooling to not lowet than 74. No smoking. Excessive parties, bad behavior of any kind not tolerated.
