This is a vacation or short-mid term rental in Miami Beach. Can be rented by night (the price varies by day) or for a max of 6 months. This is a SMALL PRIVATE STUDIO perfect for 2 people with everything you will need for your stay. We call it "Coconut Cottage!" It has no separate bedrooms and it is the size of a common hotel room. It can accommodate 2 additional guests, mainly small children, but it will be tight and they would sleep on an air mattress. Includes: A Double bed with two night tables (an extra air mattress is available, as well as playpen for a child). A small kitchenette stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee machine & fridge. A small dinning table with 2 chairs TV with Netflix Extra bath towels, extra toiletries 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to enjoy on the beach Paid laundry on-site Free parking in front of the building and in the surrounding area. There is a paid parking lot 3 blocks away. This is a short term rental. Can be done daily or for a max of 6 months. Security deposit is only required if staying longer than 1 month. All utilities are included There is no smoking allowed in the unit.
