For bike riders, the West Lake Sammamish bike path is across the street. For hikers, the trailhead to beautiful Weowna Park is across the street. Enjoy eagles, herons, ducks, otters, sunrise, and moonrise from your private deck, or from the beach in front of the house. Swim in the lake from June to October. No smoking, no vaping. Cats allowed. Occupany aim is Nov 26, but is flexible.
