Hello, we are looking to rent out our Mother In law-MIL 1bd 1bth, that is currently vacant. It's in a quiet area of a Rainier on a cul-de-sac. Quiet and respectful neighbors around on all sides. Rent will be $1600/month for single occupancy. $1700 for double occupancy. No more than 2 people in the unit. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space is located near other major cities such as: 8mins from Yelm 25mins from Olympia 35mins from Centralia 45mins from Tacoma 1hr15min from Seattle 1hr50mins from Portland If you head over to the Detached Garage and you will find a nicely appointed 1 bed, 1 bath MIL with full kitchennette(has its own parking, small yard space and separate entrance) The kitchenette includes a sink, 2 burner hot plate, counter-top air fryer/oven combo, full size refrigerator and a microwave. We also installed a outdoor picnic style BBQ that you are free to use. Working on an outdoor seating area for your use in the near future. The MIL apartment has a stand up shower and it's own separate on demand propane hot water heater. Never run out of hot water! It also includes a ductless heat pump/AC unit, as well as in-wall heaters. Stay cool in summer and warm in winter. The laundry on site is a small sized 120v compact washer and dryer, located within your unit. Since it is a small compact set, large items like comforters or large clothing loads will need to be done down the street at the Rainier laundry mat. The washer and dryer capacity is 4-6lbs of clothing at a time. The rental will include all the basic utilities, as long as they don't exceed average usage. Utilities that will be included are: Water, Electric, Internet, Propane. Cable tv/satellite is NOT included and we will not be installing it. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, with an additional deposit. $500 total(refundable) security deposit for EACH pet as well as a monthly pet charge of $50/month(this is non-refundable). As long as your dog or animal gets along with all of the animals currently on property, which include, but are not limited to(goats, chickens, a cat and a dog, we may allow the pet. You will be expected to clean up after your pet, on a continual daily basis. This includes all fecal mater. Please bring your pet with you for the interview to see the place, to make sure everyone gets along. We are more than happy to furnish the room if needed, for an additional monthly fee. Let us know what you would need, and we'd be happy to acquire it. We have access to a plethora of extra things. This could work well for travel nurses, medical professionals, or traveling workers of any kind. Please be prepared for an onsite interview, background check(you pay about $60 online), as well as multiple references(current landlord/rental, job verification, pay-stubs etc...). Minimum income must be 2x monthly rent. 1-year lease available. Ideally we're looking for a long term tenant. We treat our tenants well by quickly fixing issues and maintaining a fair rent.
