This townhouse rental is a well-kept, very nice 950+ square foot townhouse -two bedrooms and one bathroom. Please provide your phone number when you inquire about this rental! We want to go over your questions before we schedule a tour! The carpets are nearly new - the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen and eating area have oak style flooring. The eating area is adjacent to patio doors that open out to the private, fenced back yard. There is a secure, insulated garage with room for a work bench and one car and plenty of room to park in front of the garage as well. There is a large fenced, private yard with plenty of room for a garden spot if desired. There is a well-maintained wood burning fireplace. This rental is available now - with a one-year lease minimum. For security reasons, we do not post photos of the outside of the rental but will provide the exact address when we schedule an appointment with you. All applicants go through a screening process. A screening fee is charged for each adult applicant. (As mentioned above, please be sure to send your phone number to us when you inquire about the rental! We never share the number with anyone but we believe it is important to go over your questions before arranging a time to show the rental to you.) Thanks. The kitchen appliances are almost new- including the dishwasher- and there's plenty of storage (see cabinets in pictures.) Additional secure storage is available in the garage. The rental is well-maintained by the landlord with no deferred maintenance. It is as nice as it looks. The landlords pay the water and sewer bill and they do the yardwork -although you are welcome to help. This is a place is comfortable and quiet. This rental is well-insulated with reasonable heating bills. This is a quiet place to live with pleasant, thoughtful neighbors. We are looking for quiet, thoughtful tenants. Pets are allowed in this rental - but must be approved by the landlord with a non-refundable pet fee. If you tend to party a lot, this is not be the place for you. This is a really nice place where we believe you would be proud to call home. The attached insulated garage has enough room for a workbench and one car. Additional parking is available in front of the garage. The sliding patio door in the eating area opens out into the private fenced yard. This rental is close to the freeway - and very close to Costco, Starbucks, Home Depot, etc. It is typically a ten minute drive from the garage at the apartment to the gate of JBLM. Landlords do the yard work but you are welcome to help. If you are interested in seeing it, it is very important to please send information about who all would be moving into the unit and when you wish to move. You must include your phone number so we can visit with you on the phone to determine if this is a good "fit" for you. We will then arrange an appointment to show it to you.
