Safe, vibrant neighborhood about 10 minutes' drive to Haywood Road and only a few miles to downtown. Easy access to all freeways & Mission Hospital. Ingles, restaurants, and shops about 1 mile away. The bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, large closet, and garden view - green in summer, mountain views in winter. Stocked kitchen with separate dining area. Walk-in shower with removeable showerhead. Full living room space with comfy couch and desk with working space. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room which is right outside the unit (w/d are shared with upstairs tenants). High-speed internet included. Off-street parking for one standard sized vehicle. Outside is a courtyard area with bench that faces the sunset, perfect for enjoying the many songbirds. Top unit has its own fenced in yard. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property, inside or out, of ANY kind. Well-behaved pets considered, subject to additional pet rent (must have references and be pre-approved). No parties. Other tenants are usually professionals who enjoy the peace, quiet, and privacy this property offers, so we expect incoming tenants to be just as respectful. Max 2 people.
