Our cottage is close to the Alberta Arts District, Fremont Avenue, Fernhill Park, and Portland International Airport. It's located in Cully, a peaceful Portland neighborhood known as the "urban farm district" of our fair city. The space is a separate dwelling from our home but is on the same property. You will have a full private kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer for your use. There is a small patio at the front of the cottage. This is a furnished apartment. For longer term tenants I do six-month leases then switch to month-to-month. First and last month's rent are required at move-in (unless occupancy is only for a month), as well as the security deposit. There is ample free parking onsite. The tenant is responsible for their electric bill. No smoking indoors. No pets are permitted.
