This apartment is new construction and has new and upgraded appliances and is beautifully decorated. You will have your own private space with it's own entry and a covered parking area, if you have a small to mid-size vehicle. It is less than 5 minutes away from the downtown OKC area, which means it is close to restaurants, clubs, coffee shops, biking trails, and many tourist attractions. All bills are paid, except your phone, of course. We do not allow smoking, illegal drugs, marijuana, burning essential oils, or burning candles. We have a covered parking area that is available that is right by your front door, but it will only fit small to mid-size vehicles. There is street parking for larger cars. All the parking is free. We are willing to discuss a small pet situation, but make no promises.
