Summit Woods Studio - 0bd/1ba: Mountain Living! Pet Friendly! - Summit Woods Apartments are located in a private setting off Niley Cook Rd, halfway between Boone and Blowing Rock, and offer studio floor plans. The efficiency units offer a kitchen with all full-size appliances and granite countertops, lovely tiled floors, with access to a shared laundry facility. These units are ideal for anyone looking for a cozy mountain getaway! Jointly leased, the security deposit is the same amount as the rental rate and there is an administrative fee of $75. There is an occupancy limit of 1 person per bed at this complex. Additionally, this complex is small dog-friendly for 1 pet per tenant. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. There is a 40lb weight limit and breed restrictions apply; there are no cats allowed. Community water is included in rent, but all other utilities are tenant responsibility. There is a dumpster onsite for tenants to use for household trash. The studios do not have in-unit laundry but there is a laundry room on-site for tenant use. Parking is included, with limited guest parking for the complex. Because of the location, we strongly recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles to access the property.
