A half-yearly rental is $2,500 month, and if you would like to rent for a different period of time, you must ask and it would be a higher rate. This a great value for a yearly lease in this central location. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that was converted to a king bed. The Living Room has a sofa bed and a futon bed. The condo sleeps 6. There are 2 flat screen TV's - one in the Living Room and 1 in the master bedroom. Cable TV, internet and WIFI access are provided. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED EXCEPT FOR DEEDED OWNERS. The condo is across the street from Coligny shopping center with many restaurants and shops including a grocery store. The condo is only one and one-half blocks from the beach. Many park and don't have to use their car at all during their stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and center garden area. The entrance has an electronic lock so you don't have to worry about losing a key at the beach. Summer rentals average much higher per month so this is a great value for a half-yearly lease. It's available month to month. If you would like to rent for a half year, it's $2,500 per month. If you want to rent for any thing different, you must contact me to discuss.
