Each Apartment is Approx. 1,000 sq. ft.! Rental Rate: 12 Month Lease: $725/mo + Gas & Electric! Security Deposit: $725 Pets are allowed with payment of $250 non-refundable pet fee. An additional charge of $25 per month per pet is also due in addition to the rent. Maximum pets allowed are 2. Applications are Provided at the time of showing. All Showings are by appointment - no office or staff at this location. Applications are Accepted on a First Come, First Served Basis for Available Units. Application Fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. Applications Require 1 - 2 business days for verification. Each applicant must have their own individual email address. This apartment is located on the first floor but is NOT wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant. REQUIREMENTS: 1.) Credit: Minimum FICO Score of 650 2.)
