This two-bedroom, one bathroom, offers a large eat-in kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and new vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms are decent size with large closets. The bathroom has sink/vanity, toilet, and a tub/shower. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the building and sits directly across the street from Everett Elementary. Tenant pays electric, gas and any additional utilities, i.e. Cable, internet... Landlord pays water and garbage. There is a separate laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
