There is a gym located in the same parking lot if you decide to join! This condo has very high ceilings making it feel spacious, and a large amount of storage including a walk in closet next to the bedroom large enough to store furniture. The building is located on the River Rock pond with a wonderful park and walking path. There is also a convenient store located on site for your last minute needs. All utilities and Wi-Fi included with rental price, so you are only responsible for making the monthly rent payment. Small dogs under 30 pounds allowed. No smoking in the unit (building rule). Deposit will be returned upon inspection. Early lease termination results in forfeiting two month's rent (unless you find someone to takeover your lease and I approve them).
