All you need is your clothes! A private 15 x 30 covered patio overlooking a wooded lot of wisteria vines provides an additional 450 ft of outdoor living space to the total square footage. A porch swing, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, dining table & chairs, fire pit and grill are provided. This space may be used as an attached carport with plenty of space left for the covered patio.
