This apartment is located above our garage, in a quiet rural-feeling setting at the end of a lane. Nestled in nature, it is nonetheless minutes from stores, restaurants and freeways. If you want to get away from the city, and you appreciate trees, birds, squirrels and occasional deer, this may be the right place for you. It is quite small so it probably would be best for a single person or couple only. There is not enough room for multiple beds. However, if you like just sitting outside and enjoying nature and the stars, you can have another living area by adding some furniture to the deck. We have just added a washer/dryer unit, and some additional storage areas including a closet and a built in drawer unit. Included in the rent is a large screen TV, U-Verse TV and internet service, water and septic, and garbage service. These services are $150, which brings the total rent to $1,000. If you are interested, please fill out the application, credit history, and background check. We will get back to you once we review these. You must have at least $3,000 per month household income in order to qualify. There is a one year lease to be renewed each year.
