Very large, newly renovated beautiful apartment with private walkout balcony with room for 6 or more, half a block from Findlay Market, one of the best places to hang out in all of OTR, but without the noise that comes from being directly on the market. Large amount of space (you get the whole floor to yourself), high ceilings with great historic windows, exposed brick and a large master suite that has plenty of natural light. We really love how well it all turned out after rehabbing the building for the past year and half. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, the kitchen and living room area are spacious and perfect for hanging out with friends while you cook and drink whatever you've brought over from the market that day. Another plus is that each bedroom gets its own bathroom and both of the bathrooms have double vanities. The original tenants from when we finished the total renovation in 2020 are finally moving out after buying their first home, so I'm excited to find someone new to join the building.
