Each unit has its own thermostat. There is a access to a gym and other community rooms/balconies shared with other residents. The apartments are located in a community owned building featuring food, family, arts, and wellness. Wake up and roll out of bed to grab a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich from Nobo Mrkt and watch the sunrise over the river; go to work in an coworking space; or attend fitness or yoga class -- all without leaving the building. Plus, you're within walking, biking, or busing distance to all cultural, natural, and urban amenities Traverse City has to offer. $1200/month is intro rate with rate for 3 months with increase to regular rate of $1550/month after that.
