The property is conveniently located in between Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls in a quiet neighborhood. Units will be available January/Early February. This unit has two bedrooms, one bathrooms, a dishwasher, above range microwave, a washer & dryer hookup, in floor heat, central a/c, and an attached one car garage. Rent includes lawn care and snow removal. Rent starts at $1100 per month with a 12-month lease. We do offer a six-month lease option for an additional $50 per month. The security deposit is one month's rent. We require that all tenants carry renter's insurance. Electric is separately metered for each unit and vary, depending upon usage. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy. Water utilities also are separately metered for each unit and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $35 per person per month. Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the Village of Lake Hallie. Tenants pay for their own trash services. This is a SMOKE-FREE property, and the policy is strictly enforced. This property can accommodate 1 dog, up to 50 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered, licensed with the city and up to date on all vaccinations. The fee is $50 per month.
