This apartment is part of a duplex. I am a Christian pastor who lives on site. The property is located 15 minutes south of downtown Nashville (right off I-65) in the Crieve Hall neighborhood. The apartment has great light and hardwood floors throughout. A washer/dryer is also included and there is storage available in a shared garage. Water and trash are included in monthly rent. No smoking. No pets. No smoking. No pets. Two parking spots are allowed for this unit. Water and trash are included in monthly rent. All other utility costs are responsibility of renter. There is a $50 application fee for running a background check and credit check. Lease will be for one year. Security deposit is same amount as monthly rent and is due at time of signing lease. Tenant is expected to respect the property and other tenants on site.
