Your perfect off season beach house awaits We are looking to rent this wonderful condo in the off season only which is November 1 - March 30th. This is not a year round rental. This is great for travelling healthcare providers, retirees who are looking to spend some time in the area before committing to something long term. This is also great for people who are purchasing a new construction property who need a temporarily place to live until property closes. There is NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in this CONDO. There is plenty of non-assigned parking right in front of the building and even in front of adjacent building. We are including all utilities in the monthly rental cost and can include bedding & linens as well if you are looking for that. Our kitchen is fully ready with most of the amenities that you need in order to prepare and have meals in the condo. Cleaning is not included as renters need to maintain the cleanliness of the condo during their stay and when they leave. We are requiring a 1 month security deposit which will be refundable after the renter leaves and we assess that there is no damage.
