Candidly this is a beautiful space which is usually used very differently. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is working in Port Angeles (Example: Travelling Professionals ie Nurses etc.) and who wants to experience comfort and a little luxury without having to pack it. And Oh the view! The studio apartment is shares a connecting wall with my husband's counseling practice. The upstairs is our home. We are both professional quiet people who work regularly. We have a dog who also works as a counselor in clinic with me. ALL UTILITIES AND WIFI INCLUDED! Absolutely no smoking in the apartment. Outside is ok but you police your own butts. Reasonably low noise and foot traffic appreciated. Our guests have raved about the COMFORT OF THE BED! This is tentatively a short-term rental. With the right renter it could be longer. There is no off -street parking and absolutely no backing down the alley or parking in front of the suite. (You will understand if you see it) The place has no stove or oven yet there is a hot plate and many plug-in apparatuses to cook fine meals of the same caliber. Microwave provided.
