This unfurnished apartment in the heart of the popular Guadalupe Historic District, is the back unit of a duplex and just a few blocks from the Plaza. It's an easy walk to stores, banks, post offices, the Railroad Yards, the River Trail, restaurants, and more. Private, walled and fenced with flagstone patios, flower garden, and even a chicken coop! Or it could be a vegetable garden. Off-street parking, kiva fireplace, large sunny dining room, wood floors, granite-tiled kitchen counter tops and lots of storage space. Spanish cabinets, gorgeous tile, skylights, storage shed, and much, much more. Landlord lives nearby. Close enough to be easily accessible, but not too close! Landlord pays for garbage & recycling. Renter is responsible for electric and gas and water. One year lease with first, last and deposit upon signing. No application fees if you provide your credit report and credit score. $25 fee if I have to run the credit check. Renter is responsible for watering one small garden bed during cold months when irrigation is turned off and to keep their patios, and driveway clean and free of litter, leaves and seeds when those fall.
