This rental is a furnished bright and sunny 1,000 sq.ft. private apartment on the bottom floor of an owner occupied home in North Asheville. Walk to UNCA and shops on Merrimon. Full kitchen with open floor plan that includes an office space, peaceful patio, and custom tiled shower. Views of the gorgeous blue ridge mountains can be enjoyed from the property. There are stone steps to navigate up the hillside from the driveway to the private entrance. No smoking of any type on the property. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis and must accompany a non-refundable deposit (sorry, but no cats). A lease application, references, and refundable deposit is required. Owners live onsite with children and a dog. Will consider renting unfurnished. Rent includes water, gas, electric, internet, and lawn maintenance. Cable is not included, but tenant is welcome to pay for it separately. Minimum 1 month lease. For a lease longer than 3 months a monthly cleaning service will be included in rent. Tenant must sign a pet addendum if a pet is approved. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
