Renters Insurance is required during the term of your lease. All utilities are the tenants responsibility $75 chargeback for water/sewer/trash ADMINISTRATIVE FEES $55.00 per adult, application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE $107.75 (includes tax) Lease set up fee due at time of move-in. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Verifiable monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent, 2 months proof of your income required with rental application. Must submit a copy of a government issued ID. Income and criminal and rental history will be verified. No smoking of any kind permitted PETS: Pets older than 12 months approved with proof of current vaccination records and color photo of your pet(s) submitted with your application. $250.00 per pet nonrefundable pet fee. First pet $35.00 additional monthly rent. 1 Pet Limit. A property can be held for up to 14 days after an application has been approved. Hold requires a signed lease and payment of security deposit in full.
