We are offering a $200 gift card to target, for renters who sign a 12 month lease before the first week in January for leases starting before March 1st. (Valid from 11/27/2023 till 01/07/2024) Hello, We are a first come first serve apartment complex. Meaning the sooner you do a showing the sooner you can apply. Once there is an application turned in for an apartment we take that listing off the market. We don't allow multiple applications for one apartment. Showings are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8pm. Just let me know what time works best for you! At this time we have a number of units available. Both 1Br/2Br, please let me know what you'd be interested in. All apartments are up on apartments.com. All of our apartments feature laundry, in floor heat, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. And just so you're aware, We have a NO SMOKING of any kind and a no pets policy. Amenities include, garbage, recycling and sewer and water. Electric, cable and internet would be renter's responsibility. We have garage stalls to rent for $75/month on a first come first serve basis.
