The unit available is the downstairs unit, which has a spacious living and dining area; large, equipped kitchen; two bedrooms; dedicated laundry room with washer/dryer; and full bathroom with tub and shower. The downstairs also has private access to a back porch, and shared access to the large backyard. The owners live in the upstairs unit, and are responsive to any issues. Photos do not include the television over the fireplace, but we are happy to provide one if the tenant desires. Minimum lease term is 1 month. Pets are allowed with prior approval and $300 non-refundable pet deposit. There is 1 cat on property (mostly indoors or on the upstairs porch), so we ask that dogs are under 30 lbs and don't have a tendency to chase cats when unleashed. Utilities (water, electric, gas, wifi, trash) are included.
