Downstairs there is a Family Room with a pull out sofa that will sleep two. The lower level also has an office as well as a full bathroom. Amenities include: Washer/Dryer with Laundry Supplies Bath Linens Beach Towels Beach Chairs and Umbrella Bed Linens Iron/Ironing Board Cleaning Supplies Owners pay all utilities for summer rentals. No smoking is allowed. Leases are available for weekly or monthly rentals. Property will be professionally cleaned after each guest leaves. However, there is a vacuum and other cleaning supplies to keep the property tidy during your stay. Monthly rents for summer rentals are $10,000 per month or $4000 per week.
